Delete your Don’t Drop account

Your deletion request was received. Your Don’t Drop community account and the data linked to it have been deleted.

Delete it in the game (fastest)

Open Don’t Drop and go to Settings.
Tap Delete my account and confirm.

The deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Remove the game from Facebook

If you signed in with Facebook, removing Don’t Drop in your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites) also deletes your account here.

Can’t open the game?

Email REPLACE_WITH_CONTACT_EMAIL from any address and say which sign-in you used (Google or Facebook) and your player name. We will confirm and delete the account.

What is deleted

Your account (the sign-in account id and your player name).
Every level you published, including shared codes. These disappear for everyone.
Your votes and reports. Votes you gave are taken back out of other levels’ vote counts.

One exception: if an account was banned for breaking the community rules, we keep a one-way scrambled marker of the sign-in account so the ban cannot be avoided by deleting the account and signing up again. It holds no name or contact details.
